Jessica Already Talks New Album With Tommy Mottola
Phillips Phillips may have came out on top in “American Idol” but Jeesica Sanchez is already talking to Tommy Mottola about working on her new album. Tommy Mottola is a former Sony Music executive. He now co-owns Casablanca Records in a joint venture with Universal music group. The word got out through twitter from Mottola’s superstar wife, Thalia. She tweeted “WOWgreat news! #TommyMottola just call me from #AmericanIdol & he is confirm to work in the first #JessicaSanchez CD!#MexicanFilipinoPower,”
Mottola is a veteran producer who has worked with plenty of big names such as Mariah Carey, Gloria Estefan and also the current #1 celebrity Jennifer Lopez. It almost certain he will help Sanchez launch a successful singing career. Jessica performed at her best on wednesday night’s “America Idol”
finale she left the audience speechless. She performed “And I’m telling You I’m Not Going” along side with the Grammy-winning-singer Jennifer Holiday. She showed why she deserved to be in the top two. It was almost as if they where battling each other hitting impressively high notes. At the end of the performance Jennifer Lopez jumped out her seat clapping and cheering. She also sang the late Whitney Houston’s classic track “I Will Always Love You.”
At the end of the competition Sanchez and Phillips took time to honor their mentors and announced that they will be receiving new cars on behalf of Ford.
